Agricultural Conservation Easement TimelineNovember 2016 -Teton Full Circle Farmers paid $240,000 for 21 acres of prime farmland near Victor, Idaho using a USDA loan
July 2017 -Teton Full Circle Farm partners with the Teton Regional Land Trust to work toward putting an agricultural conservation easement on 19 of the 21 acres (2 acres will be reserved as a building envelope for farm infrastructure). August 2017 – The Teton Regional Land Trust has the land appraised. The development rights for the 19 acres are appraised at $150,000. The fundraising goal for the project is set for $150,000. Dec. 2017 - Oct. 2018 – Tax-deductible contribution period is open. Please make your charitable donation to the Teton Regional Land Trust designated for “Farmland Forever” during this time.
