I have put a $25 check in the mail made out to Teton Full Circle Farm to reserve my spot and as a symbol of my commitment to the workshare expectations. If I fulfill my role I will get my full deposit back at the end of the season. If not, I will be notified and it will be forfeited for farm parties. Returning workshares and substitute/volunteers need not send a check.

Check is in the mail to Teton Full Circle Farm, PO Box 116, Victor, ID 83455
Substitute only - no deposit needed
Commitment - I understand that I will be an integral part of the farm operation. By accepting this role I commit to fulfilling the expectations required of me as spelled out in the WORKSHARE EXPECTATIONS below. I completely understand that I will be expected to have a strong and positive work ethic throughout everyday I work on the farm. Workshare Expectations • Work safely and let someone know if you do not feel comfortable in a certain farm situation. • Be on time EVERY week. Do not speed through the Victor neighborhoods if you are late. • Organize a substitute well in advance if you cannot make a shift. • Do not use cell phones during your work shift. Use your cell phone only during breaks and always step away from the group when using your phone. You will see Farmers using a cell phone now and then as part of their job. • Stay focused and efficient with your time on the farm. If you are done with a task, ask what needs to be done next or lend a hand where it is needed. There is much to do in a farm day and we expect you to work at your highest capabilities. Remember, the more we grow and harvest, the more everyone gets to take home. • Ask if you don’t know. Clarify instructions that are not clear to you. • We encourage teamwork and working with others. Please stay aware that talking and discussion is not getting in the way of work. • Keep track of all farm tools. If you are using a tool it is your responsibility to put it back. • Do not sit down on the job unless a specific job benefits from you being seated. • Open and honest communication is expected of all participants (including the farmers). Please feel free to check in with us if you are having difficulty with a task or fellow worker. • Though not required, we hope you can join us at community-building parties and events throughout the season. We want you to feel welcome as part of the farm family. Please sign below.
