An Organic Biodynamic Farm

Connecting People to the Earth

Teton Full Circle Farm is a 20-acre Biodynamic/Organic Farm in Teton Valley, ID. On these 20 acres, we cultivate 2 acres in flowers and produce, 1/4 acre in hoophouse production, and 3 acres in windbreak, orchard, and native plants. We raise 10 acres of hay and 3 acres of pasture for our cows. Through cultivating the land and sharing its abundance, we hope to strengthen our community’s resilience and deepen its relationship to the natural world.

We now offer a wide array fresh, & dry herbs. We offer them in bulk, teas, blends, salves & tinctures.

Please contact us for more information about our culinary and medicinal herbs.

Garlic

2022 was a very successful garlic year and we hope to expand our stock in 2023. If you are interested in garlic for culinary use or seed, it will be available either through our on-farm fridge or by contacting us directly about placing a bulk order. Garlic will be harvested in late July and cured for several weeks before it is available in late August.

This year we planted ‘Romanian Red’ and ‘Katterman Porcelain’. ‘Romanian Red’ is an heirloom that produces 4-5 large cloves per head. It’s spicy when raw, but sweet with a great depth of flavor when cooked.

A gift from Rick Katterman of Dearborn, Michigan, Katterman Porcelain is a sturdy producer in the harsh Teton climate. Consistently pumping out 4-5 large cloves per head, this variety shows great resistance to rot and withstands a wide range of climate conditions.
