Manager Position 2024 Season

Job Description

Participate in all aspects of field vegetable and flower production including Sowing, Transplanting, Bed Preparation, Crop Maintenance, Harvesting, Irrigation, Pasture Maintenance

Lead workshare crews Tuesday-Thursday mornings

Accomplish Daily Goals made at each morning’s meeting

Work directly with Farmers and Crew Members

Anticipate the Flow of the Day, Flow of the Season

Hours and Commitment

Minimum Hours: 27-34 per week

Dates: April 29 - October 31

Farming Experience: Minimum one season with strong references

Hourly wage based on experience and references

One CSA share of vegetables and flowers (June- mid Oct.)

End of season bonus: $.50 for every hour worked if season is completed
