Field Crew 2026 Season
Job Description
Participate in all aspects of field vegetable, flower and medicinal herb production including sowing, transplanting, bed preparation, crop maintenance, harvesting, irrigation, and pasture maintenance.
Take care of the cows and chickens. Tasks include pasture moving, milking, feeding and daily care.
Co-lead workshare crews Tuesday-Thursday mornings.
Accomplish daily goals made at each morning’s meeting.
Work directly with farmers and crew members.
Anticipate the flow of the day, and flow of the season
Hours and Commitment
Minimum- Maximum Hours per week: 14-38 per week
Approximate Dates: End of April - end of October

End of season bonus: $.50 for every hour worked if season is completed and expectations have been meet
