Workshare

Workshare Positions are full for the 2024 season. If you are interested in other periodic volunteer opportunities/work parties outside of the workshare, please get in touch and we’ll keep you in the loop.

Workshares are an integral part of the farm and leaders in the local, organic food movement.

Workshare Details

  • Commit to one half day (3.5 hrs) of farm and garden work per week, April 30 through October 17 in trade for a CSA share.

  • Choose from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning shifts.

  • Early and late season hours are 8am-11:30am. Main season hours are 7am-10:30am.

  • Take home vegetable shares from June through the end of the season, plus bonus early season veggies and flowers when available.

  • Workshares may be absent as many as three (3) weeks of the season.

  • Learn farm leadership skills as well as many tricks to the trade of organic gardening at high altitude.

  • Farm work includes harvesting, transplanting, weeding, organic and biodynamic gardening techniques, and much more.

  • Workshares must be present for first shift the week of May 1 for orientation.

  • Build community and have fun through hard work and accomplishing goals.

  • Receive a 15% discount at the Farmstand.
