Katterman has quickly become our favorite garlic variety. It is reliable and enjoyable to grow and also delicious. It is sweet and mild when roasted, smooth raw, and excellent in pesto. When kept cool and dry, our culinary garlic bulbs keep for many months, often until April or May.
